This is a 5 story office building with various gears and pipes coming out from every floor connecting to the one above or below it. There are no windows on the first floor and on the front of the building 3 windows per floor and on each side has 5 windows. If you are able to peep inside the windows you just see various people working in offices. Doors are locked to the outside. Needs a key to get in or bribe someone into letting you in.
