If you get it for him, he joins your team. Otherwise he fights you in his Vinoroboto.

Fifth Occurrence

The Dr. lashes out.

If the Dr. is on your team, convince him to stay.

If the Dr. is not on your team he is attacking the city in his Vinoroboto v2.
